  • What size should I order ?
    Please go by the following size grid. If you want a more opaque look, we suggest you move up to a bigger size.

  • Can I change my order after placing?
    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, since we process orders as quickly as possible, once the order is confirmed, it may be difficult to change. You can email lemoncollections@anewltd.com and we will do our best to make change. If it has already been processed and shipped, you will be able to return the item once you receive it.
  • Does The Lemon Collections ship internationally?
    Yes, we now ship internationally with a $30 flat rate to Canada and worldwide
  • Do the pillows come inserted?
    Yes, all of our pillow come with a down insert
  • How does your one-size fit?
    Our one-size slippers fits US sizes 6-10
  • Can I return an item I bought on sale?
    No. All items bought on sale are final sale. This includes items bought during site promotions. Items bought using the coupon code for the email sign up are available for returns. What happens if I bought an item on sale and then you offer it at a lower price later on? Can I receive the difference in pricing? You will not receive the difference of price. All items are final price at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds for price promotions.
  • Can promotional codes be combined?
    No, promo codes cannot be combined.
  • Can I apply my birthday promo code with other codes?
    No, birthday codes are not applicable to be combines with other discount codes.
  • Does The Lemon Collections offer expeditated shipping?
    At this time expediated shipping is not available.
  • How do I track an order?
    Once the order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number. If the tracking details are not available right away please wait 24hrs as we have to allow time for the postal service to pick up your order from our facility.
  • What forms of payment do we accept?
    We accept Visa, American Express & Mastercard.
  • What is your return policy?
    Lemon Collections offers completely HASSLE-FREE returns!

    We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the best customer service and support we can. We have all been there so, for any reason, you may return or exchange your order to Lemon Collections within 15 days of the purchase date at NO COST to you! If you find a product to be defective, it can be returned at any time. If you need to exchange or return a product, please send the request to Lemoncollections@anewltd.com. Items must have their original tags and labels, and items must not appear to be worn or used.


    Sale Returns

    Any items bought on sale CANNOT be returned. This includes all items in the sale category and all items bought during site promotions. The only time an item bought at a discount may be returned is if you used the code from the email sign up or birthday of the month.
